My rate includes trips to suppliers before or during appointments, in the case of before the project appointment, the time starts at the supplier.

How it often works is that I drop by and review the list of repairs or tasks to create a material list of any required materials that I do not have in the truck then I pick up the materials and immediately return to complete the tasks.

Yes, in April 2025, I am expanding my service area to include Vegreville, Ranfurly, Innisfree, Manville Vermilion and Wainwright areas in Alberta.

Currently negotiated job by job until I am better experienced in the full service area scope. Generally I have been satisfied with my hourly rate from my shop until completion though with the larger trading area that general rule may not work well for long distances. Generally a rate of .70 per kilometre from Innisfree centre may apply.
